Spencer ran a good race finishing in 18:23.
Joey keep your head up. It reminds you you're in race, the person ahead of you is a good target, and the photographer can't ever get a good picture.
Jodie wins the JV race in 20:55. Here she is at about the half mile mark looking to Coach Gowan and asking with her eyes whether she has to go this slow the whole way. It was fun being on the sidelines listening to the comments of the other spectators.

Unfortunately, I drove all over St. Johns County and missed the boys varsity race and the start of the girls race. The boys finished 9th in a stacked field. They did well against our rivals in 3A Region 2. Brandon ran well finishing in the 17:14. Andrew 17:23, Sam 17:33, and Taylor 17:40.
